Simply complete the application form and send to Customer Services at Plastic Welding School Training & Examination Services in Tiverton, Rhode Island. It is important that a separate form is completed for each course member - photocopies may be used.
Payment of fees
Full payment and/or company order number must accompany this booking form to confirm a booking. Bookings received without payment/order number will be treated as provisional, which does not guarantee a place. In the case of late enrolments, payments should be made immediately. Payment may be made by cheque, credit card - Mastercard and Visa, American Express are accepted - debit card, banker's draft or bank transfer.
Please note that both UK and overseas students are required to pay VAT on training and examinations given in the UK.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by you, the event fee and the accommodation fee (if applicable) will be returned less a cancellation charge of 20%. If you give less than 14 days notice, Plastic Welding School reserves the right to retain the whole fee.
Plastic Welding School reserves the right to cancel the event in case of insufficient registration or illness of lecturers. Plastic Welding School will ensure maximum possible notice is given to the attendees and reserves the right to substitute lecturers and modify the course details as required.
Tailor-made courses
Special training courses are available in various plastics joining technologies, such as:
- Ultrasonic welding
- Friction welding
- General introduction to plastics welding
- Composites
- Adhesives
These can be run either at TWI in the UK, at Plastic Welding School LLC in the USA or at company premises. In addition, tailor-made training courses are available in the manual welding techniques for companies that have specific requirements.
Client's requirements are discussed and identified, and a training timetable is formulated and agreed before commencement.
